I hear from women often who want to know how to feel more confident and how to have that “it factor”. Confidence is a feeling, based on what we are thinking, and it’s different from being empowered. In order to access confidence, we must understand and be aware of our thoughts, and hold space for the feelings that we experience. It is through a self-compassion practice and understanding of ourselves and our thoughts that we can become more confident. In this episode, I share the process of how to create the thoughts that are necessary to be a confident woman.
